Talent2 2015 Kickoff Party
The Challenge
Annual kickoff parties with varying themes are a tradition, and for the 2015 fiscal year, we wanted a theme that would connect with the company's exceptional performance and motivate employees to continue their success. As a member of the engagement committee, my role was to create a top-notch design for the 'Unleash the Rockstar in You" theme while staying within a specific budget.
The Solution
I focused on a digital-first approach to maximize the impact of the design while keeping costs low. The party venue had multiple LED screens, which I used as primary medium for our creative assets. This allowed me to create dynamic, digitized posters featuring lights streaks to capture the energy of the theme. I also integrated the design with the event's talent competition, which featured rock bands, using the same visual language to create a cohesive and immersive experience.
